Dover Single Pedestal Table
The Dover Single Pedestal Table pairs a rectangular planked top with a centered pedestal base and turned balusters. Its traditional profile suits farmhouse and country dining rooms.
We handcraft each table to order in Southern California from 100% solid wood.
The finish shown in the main product photo is no longer available. The photo illustrates the design. Instead, choose from the current Top Color and Base/Bottom Color options.
Choose a 60″, 72″ or 84″ length. Each size measures 35″ deep and 30″ high, with a 1¼″-thick tabletop.
Floor-to-apron clearance is 25¾″, measured from the floor to the bottom of the apron.
The base price covers the table only. Chairs and benches are not included. You can also add optional breadboard extensions for a separate charge.
Choose Your Wood and Finishes
First, select your size and wood. Then choose separate finishes for the top and base.
With standard construction, Lite Natural, Natural and Dark Natural use Douglas Fir. In contrast, the remaining standard finishes use Pine.
Alternatively, choose All Oak construction. Oak offers every standard finish. In addition, you can select from six Oak-only stains.
Finishes marked OAK ONLY cannot be applied to Pine or Douglas Fir. Therefore, select Oak construction when choosing one of these stains.
For painted finishes, specify Solid or Weathered in Special Instructions, or request an Antique treatment. Also identify the color and whether it applies to the top, base or both.
Grain, knots, texture and color vary naturally from board to board. For this reason, review our furniture finishes or request customer photo samples before ordering.
Optional Breadboard Extensions
Choose no extensions or add a matching pair of 11″ or 16″ breadboard extensions. One extension fits at each end.
The 11″ pair adds 22″ to the table’s length. In comparison, the 16″ pair adds 32″.
Both options match the 1¼″ tabletop thickness. They must also match your chosen wood. For example, an Oak table requires Oak extensions.
Order extensions with the table because each set requires fabrication for that table. They cannot be added after delivery.
The wooden support arms slide into openings prepared for the extensions. In addition, we hand-sand the edges and corners.
After removing the extensions, store them in a cool, dry indoor location. For custom extension sizing, email us before ordering.
Optional Premium 100% ALL OAK Upgrade
Select 100% Solid Wood — Oak under Wood. This upgrade includes Oak throughout the top, base and internal framing.
Then choose your top and base finishes from the options available for Oak.

Production is approximately 10–12 weeks. However, lead times can change. Before ordering, email info@vintagemillwerks.com for the current schedule.
After production, allow additional time for shipping. Standard USA Shipping is approximately 5–14 business days. White Glove USA Shipping is approximately 7–35 business days.

Caring for Your Solid Wood Table
Use coasters, placemats and trivets to protect the surface. In addition, keep hot items off the tabletop.
Wipe the table with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Finally, contact our team if you need care guidance for your selected finish.
